Wing shooting
Although Thandeka Safaris does not specialize in bird
hunting, we offer wing shooting to our clients as part of
their safari.
A limited number of the following bird species are available
for hunting from May through September.
- Pheasants
- Pigeon
- Guinea fowl
Daily rates includes
- Services of skinner and tracker
- Field preparation of trophies
- Hunting vehicle
- Accommodation, lodge staff, laundry service, all meals and first
5 drinks
- Hunting licences, except cites & tops licences
- Preparation and transportation of trophies to a local
taxidermist
- Refreshments and snacks during the hunt
Excluded from daily rates
- Accommodation before and after the safari
- Fax/Phone calls
- Taxidermist bills and shipping of trophies
- Staff gratuities
- Rifle hire
- Import and permit fees required by other countries
- Medical expenses and insurances
- Airport taxes and transport costs
